Curried.com Refund and Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to enjoy our Garam Masala and all of our products. However, due to the nature of food products, we have a specific refund and return policy to ensure the safety and quality of our items.
1. No Returns on Opened Items:
For the safety and well-being of all our customers, we do not accept returns on any opened spice mixes or food products. If the packaging has been opened or tampered with, we cannot process a return.
2. Return Eligibility for Unopened Items:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and the product is unopened and in its original condition, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date. The product must be in its original, sealed packaging.
3. Damaged or Defective Items:
If your Garam Masala arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photo evidence of the issue and will offer you a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
4. Shipping Costs:
- If the return or refund is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For any other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
5. Perishable Items:
Due to the perishable nature of food items, we cannot accept returns for products that are close to or past the expiration date unless they were damaged or defective upon arrival.
6. Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
7. Non-Refundable Items:
Customized or special-order items are non-refundable unless there is a defect or damage to the product.
